不同生境下多花黄精无机元素含量分析 被引量:1

Comparison on contents of inorganic elements in different habitats of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua

摘要 目的:比较不同生境下多花黄精无机元素含量的差异。方法:采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定多花黄精中15种元素的含量,采用紫外分光光度法检测多花黄精的多糖含量,应用相关性分析、隶属函数法和主成分分析法,对不同生境多花黄精无机元素营养价值进行评价。结果:多花黄精样品中Mg、P、K、Ca、Mn、Fe、Zn含量较高,元素含量平均值依次为1 461.97,2 834.16,8 740.11,7 981.47,100.55,784.40,58.40μg/g,元素间具有显著相关性。毛竹林生境、锥栗林种植模式的多花黄精多糖含量(7.55%、7.38%)较高。结论:不同生境间多花黄精无机元素含量和多糖含量存在差异,毛竹林生境、锥栗林模式、大田模式下生产的多花黄精元素营养价值更高。 Objective: To compare the contents of inorganic elements in different habitats of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua(P. cyrtonema). Methods: The contents of 15 elements in P. cyrtonema were determined by ICP-OES. The contents of polysaccharide in P. cyrtonema were determined by UV spectrophotometry. Correlation analysis, membership function method and principal component analysis were used to evaluate the nutritional value and health risk of P. cyrtonema in different habitats. Results: The contents of Mg, P, K, Ca, Mn, Fe, Zn in each element of P. cyrtonema were higher, and the average values were 1 461.97, 2 834.16, 8 740.11, 7 981.47, 100.55, 784.40, 58.40μg/g. There was a significant correlation among the elements and no health risks for P. cyrtonema under different habitats. The contents of polysaccharide of the P. cyrtonema in bamboo forest, cone chestnut forest and farmland(7.55%, 7.38%) were higher. Conclusion: There were significant differences in inorganic elements contents and polysaccharides of P. cyrtonema under different habitats. The nutritive value of P. cyrtonema produced by bamboo forest, cone chestnut forest and farmland was better.
