基于熵权法和灰色关联度法的人参质量综合评价 被引量:13

Comprehensive quality evaluation of Panax ginseng by entropy weight and grey incidence degree method

摘要 目的:应用熵权法和灰色关联度法综合评价不同产地人参药材质量,为该药材优质种源筛选及资源开发提供参考依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定不同产地人参药材中9种人参皂苷成分的含量,采用热浸法测定人参水溶性浸出物含量,基于灰色关联度法处理各批次样品指标成分,采用熵权法确定分辨系数赋值,以各评价单元相对于参考序列的相对关联度为测定,构建人参药材质量评价模型。结果:各批次药材的相对关联度在0.057~0.920,其中来自黑龙江省北安市二井镇的相对关联度最高(0.920),表明该产地药材质量最好。结论:基于熵权法和灰色关联度法建立的质量评价模型系统、全面,可用于人参药材的质量评价。 Objective:To evaluate the quality of different places of Panax ginseng samples comprehensively by Entropy Weight and Grey Incidence Degree.To provide reference for the selection of high-quality provenances and the development of resources.Methods:The content of nine ginsenosides in different places of Panax ginseng was determined by HPLC,the content of water extract was determined by hot soak method,the index components of each batch of samples were treated by grey correlation method,the value of resolution coefficient was determined by entropy weight method.The quality evaluation model of Panax ginseng was constructed by the relative correlation of each evaluation unit with reference sequence.Results:The relative correlation degree of each batch of medicinal materials is between 0.057 and 0.920,among which Erjing Town,Beian City,Heilongjiang Province has the highest relative correlation(0.920),indicating that the quality of Panax ginseng from this area is the best.Conclusion:The quality evaluation model based on entropy weight and grey correlation degree is systematic and comprehensive,which can be used for the quality evaluation of Panax ginseng.
