扶正消瘤颗粒对原发性肝癌患者血清中TGF-β1、CCL22水平及生活质量的影响

Effects of Fuzheng Xiaoliu Granules on serum TGF-β1,CCL22 level and quality of life in patients with primary hepatic cancer

目的:观察扶正消瘤颗粒对原发性肝癌患者血清中转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、CC类趋化因子22(CCL22)的水平及生活质量的影响。方法:将64例符合本研究纳入标准的原发性肝癌患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各32例。对照组给予TACE联合射频消融治疗及西医基础治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上联合扶正消瘤颗粒治疗,治疗结束后,观察比较两组患者治疗前后血清中TGF-β1、CCL22水平及生活质量的变化,并进行统计学分析。结果:(1)治疗后两组患者血清中TGF-β1、CCL22水平均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后治疗组症状/不良反应、躯体功能、心理功能评分及生活质量总评分均较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05);治疗组在改善症状/不良反应、躯体功能评分及生活质量总评分方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)相关性分析表明:血清中TGF-β1与CCL22水平、临床分期间存在显著的正向强相关关系(P<0.05),提示血清中TGF-β1、CCL22水平随着肝癌临床分期增高呈上升趋势;血清中TGF-β1水平、CCL22水平与生活质量间均存在显著的负向相关关系(P<0.05),提示肝癌患者生活质量随着血清中TGF-β1、CCL22水平的升高呈下降趋势。结论:扶正消瘤颗粒可能通过促进TACE联合射频消融术后肝癌患者血清中TGF-β1、CCL22水平下调的作用,从而提高TACE联合射频消融术后肝癌患者的免疫功能,改善其生活质量。

Objective: To observe the effects of Fuzheng Xiaoliu Granules on the serum levels of transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1) and C-C class chemokines 22(CCL22) level and quality of life in patients with primary hepatic carcinoma(PHC). Methods: Sixty-four patients with PHC who met the inclusion criteria of this study were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group, with 32 cases in each group. The control group was given TACE combined with radiofrequency ablation therapy and basic western medicine treatment, and the treatment group was combined with Fuzheng Xiaoliu Granules on the basis of the control group treatment. After the treatment, the serum TGF-β1, CCL22 levels and quality of life changes of the two groups before and after treatment were compared, and statistical analysis was conducted. Results:(1)After treatment, the serum levels of TGF-β1 and CCL22 in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).(2)After treatment, the scores of symptoms/adverse reactions, physical function, psychological function and total score in the treatment group were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05). The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving symptoms/adverse reactions, physical function and total score(P<0.05).(3)Correlation analysis showed that: serum TGF-β1 and CCL22 levels, and clinical stages had a significant positive and strong correlation(P<0.05), suggesting that serum TGF-β1 and CCL22 levels showed an upward trend follow the clinical stages increase of liver cancer;there was a significant negative correlation between serum TGF-β1 levels, CCL22 levels and quality of life(P<0.05), indicating that the quality of life of PHC patients showed a downward trend with the increase of serum TGF-β1 and CCL22 levels. Conclusion: Fuzheng Xiaoliu Granules may promote the down-regulation of serum TGF-β1 and CCL22 levels in PHC patients after TACE combined with radiofrequency ablation, thereby improving the immune function and quality of life of patients after TACE combined with radiofrequency ablation.
