“新医科”背景下医学影像技术人才校企协同培养与实践研究

Research on the Cooperative Training and Practice of Medical Imaging Technology Talents Between Schools and Enterprises under the Background of‘New Medicine’

新医科是教育部“六卓越一拔尖”计划2.0中的“四新”之一,它是紧密结合以人工智能为代表的新一轮科技革命和产业革命,全面整合精准医学、转化医学等医学前沿领域的新医学体系。医学影像技术专业作为现代化的医学技术类专业之一,是该新医学体系的重要组成部分,如何提升医学影像技术人才的培养质量,我校近几年来在校企协同培养方面不断探索与实践。基于此,文章就我校在新医科背景下医学影像技术人才校企协同培养模式和实践策略展开阐述,抛砖引玉,以期对其他院校医学影像技术专业人才培养提供一些思路,以供参考。

As one of the‘four new’in the‘six Excellence and one Top’Plan 2.0 of the Ministry of Education,New medicine is closely combined with the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial revolution represented by artificial intelligence.Besides,it is a new medical system that comprehensively integrates precision medicine,transformational medicine and other frontier fields of medicine.Medical imaging technology specialty,as one of the modern medical technology majors,is an important part of the new medical system.How to improve the training quality of medical imaging technology talents?In recent years,our school has been exploring and practicing the cooperative training between schools and enterprises.As a consequence,this paper expounds the school-enterprise cooperative training mode and practical strategy of medical imaging technology talents in our university under the background of the new medical department,providing some ideas for the training of medical imaging technology professionals in other colleges and universities for reference.
