摘要
目的对某军医大学学员坚韧人格进行现状调查,判断其人格坚韧性水平,寻找差异性因素,分析探讨军医大学学员坚韧人格的特殊性,为提高学员坚韧人格水平提出参考建议。方法采用中国坚韧人格量表对该校临床医学、卫管、生技、护理等不同专业共156名学员进行坚韧人格测量。结果①军医大学学员坚韧人格总均分为(2.73±0.55),略低于卢国华测量的全国常模数据,与地方大学生相近。军医大学学员坚韧人格总体水平、控制性、挑战性好于地方医学生;②男性学员坚韧人格总体水平、韧性及投入性显著高于女性学员;③军考学员坚韧人格总体水平、韧性、投入性及挑战性显著高于高考学员;④学校生活满意度高的学员坚韧人格总体水平以及各维度均显著高于满意度低的学员;⑤每周体能训练频率高的学员坚韧人格总体水平以及各维度均显著高于体能训练频率低的学员。结论军医大学学员坚韧人格水平还有较大的提高空间,学校可通过培养学员体能训练热情、关注学员心理动态、增强学员学校适应性等方式来提高坚韧人格水平。
Objective Conducting a survey on the hardiness of the Students in a military medical School to judge the level of hardiness,to look for differences in factors,to analyze and explore the particularity of the hardiness of military medical students,and to provide suggestions for military schools to improve the hardiness level of military students.Methods A total of 156 students in different majors such as clinical medicine,public health management,biotechnology,and nursing were investigated with Chinese hardiness personality scale.Results(1)The average score of hardiness of military medical students is 2.73±0.55,which was slightly lower than the norm measured by Lu Guohua and similar to that of local university students.The hardiness level,control and challenge of military medical students were better than that of local medical students;(2)The hardiness level,resilience and commitment of male students were significantly higher than female students;(3)The hardiness level,resilience,commitment and challenge of the students passing the military examination were significantly higher than those of the students passing the college entrance examination;(4)The hardiness level and each dimensions of students satisfied with school life were higher than those of the students who were not satisfied with school life;(5)The hardiness level and each dimensions of students who received more physical fitness training per week were higher than those of the students who participated in less physical training per week.Conclusion There was still much room for improvement in the hardiness level of military medical students.The school can improve the hardiness level of military medical students by cultivating the military training enthusiasm,paying attention to the psychological dynamics of the students,and enhancing the adaptability of school.
