立德树人视域下资助育人工作的实践与思考——以陕西中医药大学为例 被引量:6

摘要 立德树人是新时代中国特色社会主义教育思想的最新理论成果,是高等学校开展思想政治教育工作的根本任务,完成好资助育人工作是其中重要的组成部分。我校资助工作存在资助模式单一、资助主体素养差、未营造良性的育人环境氛围等突出问题。鉴于此,我校在立德树人教育思想的指导下,通过秉持“资助中渗透育人,育人中达成资助”的工作理念、优化制度设计、助推资助育人成效、加强功能定位、做细育人工作等路径,提升我校资助育人的成效。 To foster virtues through education is the freshest theoretical achievement of socialist educational thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era,an essential task for higher universities to perform ideological and political education and an important component to provide support for virtue cultivation.Our school has a single mode of support,a disqualified body of being assisted,and a scarcity of a sound nurturing environment.Considering these striking problems,we guided by the educational principle of fostering virtues through education and holding the working concept of‘fostering in assistance and finishing assistance in nurturing’,improves the systematic design,boosts the practical effects of offering support to nurture them,strengthen the functional positioning and take detailed approach towards our work so as to upgrade our effects in nurturing students through assistance.
