近十年骨科教学研究热点的可视化分析

Research Focus of Orthopedic Teaching Last Decade:A Visualization Analysis Using CiteSpace

目的分析近十年骨科教学领域的研究现状及热点,以期为骨科教育工作者深入研究提供更多有用的信息及建议。方法计算机检索中国知网数据库中主题为“骨科”和“教学”的文献,检索时间设定为2011年1月-2020年12月,经Refworks格式转化后,运用CiteSpace 5.6.R4软件对纳入文献的作者、机构、关键词进行分析,并绘制可视化知识图谱。结果共纳入文献1195篇,近10年发文量呈增长趋势。作者合作图谱得到作者276位,其中60位核心作者。机构合作图谱得到机构100个,其中内蒙古医科大学附属医院发文量最多。关键词图谱共纳入关键词178个,热点关键词为“3d打印”“骨科教学”“临床实习教学”“临床护理教学”“PBL教学法”等,可得到11个聚类分析与13个突现词。结论我国骨科教学研究近十年发文数量逐渐增加,但是核心作者团队及研究机构较少,应加强研究质量,并鼓励跨机构及地区的合作。现研究热点为传统教学方法新探索,如CBL结合PBL、临床路径教学法等,以及新技术引入,如3d打印、互联网+等,这些都可能是未来一段时间的研究热点及趋势。

Objective to analyze the research status and hot spots of orthopedic teaching in recent ten years,in order to provide more useful information and suggestions for orthopedic teaching workers’in-depth research.Methods the computer was used to search the literature with the theme of‘Orthopedic’and‘Teaching’in the CNKI database.The retrieval time was set from January 2011 to December 2020.After the RefWorks format was transformed,the authors,institutions and key words were analyzed by CiteSpace 5.6.R4 software,and the visual knowledge map was drawn.Results A total of 1195 papers were included,and the number of published papers in the past 10 years showed an increasing trend.The author cooperation map obtained 276 authors,including 60 core authors.The map of institutional cooperation has 100 institutions,and the affiliated hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University has the largest number of publications.A total of 178 keywords were included in the keyword map,and the hot keywords were‘3d printing’‘orthopedic teaching’‘clinical practice teaching’‘clinical nursing teaching’and‘PBL teaching method’.11 cluster analysis and 13 emergent words were obtained.Conclusion The number of published papers on orthopedic teaching research in China has gradually increased in the past ten years,but there are few cores author teams and research institutions.The research quality should be strengthened and cross-agency and regional cooperation should be encouraged.The current research focus is the new exploration of traditional teaching methods,such as clinical pathway teaching method,CBL combined with PBL,and the introduction of new technologies,such as 3d printing and Internet,which be the research trend in future.
