县域教师专业发展群体动力的问题表征与重构路径

摘要 我国义务教育采取以县为主体的管理体制。面对县域教师专业发展动力不足的症结,韶关学院与粤北S县合作,以群体动力学为理论指导,以激发县域教师队伍群体动力为目标,以教师工作室、集团化办学和县校两级骨干教师体系评选作为主要运行方式,探索县域通过教师专业发展群体动力促进教师专业发展的路径。经过反思发现,共同的信念是合作的基础,人员变动和高校支持能力有限是主要不足。
