摘要
以19个中熟菜心品种为材料,对株高、薹高、薹粗、薹质量、叶片数、叶柄长、最大叶长和最大叶宽8个农艺性状进行相关分析和聚类分析。试验结果表明,薹质量与薹粗和叶片数的相关系数分别为0.731、0.663,均达极显著水平,与最大叶长呈显著正相关。聚类分析将19个中熟菜心品种划分为2个类群,类群Ⅰ包括14个品种,类群Ⅱ包括5个品种,类群间的主要区别是薹质量的大小。
The agronomic characters of 19 medium-maturing Chinese flowering cabbage cultivars were analyzed by correlation analysis and cluster analysis,including plant height,stalk height,stalk diameter,stalk weight,leaf number,petiole length,maximum leaf length and maximum leaf width.The results showed that the correlation coefficients of stalk weight and stalk diameter,leaf number were 0.731 and 0.663 respectively,which reached extremely significant level,and there was a significant positive correlation between stalk weight and maximum leaf length.Clustering analysis divided 19 medium-maturing Chinese flowering cabbage cultivars into two groups.GroupⅠand groupⅡconsisted of 14 and 5 cultivars respectively.The main difference between groups was the stalk weight.
