虚拟腹腔镜在住院医师规范化培训中的作用

Role of laparoscopic virtual simulator in the standard training for residents

目的探讨虚拟腹腔镜在住院医师规范化培训中的作用。方法选择西安交通大学第一附属医院2017届规范化培训住院医师20名作为观察组,独立完成10例以下腹腔镜手术的20名主治医师作为对照组;使用虚拟腹腔镜进行培训,比较两组腹腔镜胆囊切除术完成情况。结果住院医师培训后的手术操作成绩优于培训前(P<0.05)。培训后住院医师的手术操作成绩与培训前主治医师的操作成绩差别无统计学意义。结论虚拟腹腔镜能够有效帮助医生提高腹腔镜操作水平,降低医疗风险。

Objective To explore the role of laparoscopic virtual simulator in the standard training of residents.Methods Twenty surgical attending physicians finished laparoscopic surgery independently with less than 10 cases and 20 residents in our hospital were selected as the research group.Laparoscopic skills training was conducted to all cases,the completion of laparoscopic cholecystectomy was compared between the two groups.Results The performance of surgical operations of the residents after training was better than before training(P<0.05).The performance of surgical operations of the attending physicians after training neither is better than the residents physicians before training.Conclusions Laparoscopic virtual simulator can effectively enhance the skill of laparoscopic operation and reduce clinical risk.
