慈溪地区适于夏季栽培的小青菜品种比较试验

Comparative Test of Chinese Cabbage Cultivars Suitable for Summer Cultivation in Cixi Area

选择5个抗热性较好的小青菜品种在慈溪地区开展了产量、抗逆性、农艺性状和品质等比较试验,旨为筛选符合本地市场需求又适于夏季栽培的小青菜品种。结果表明:‘14031’小青菜品种产量每667m2最高达4896.7 kg,与‘夏丰’对照差异极显著(P<0.01);其商品性、抗热性、品质均好于对照‘夏丰’,其中维生素C含量较对照‘夏丰’高20.83%,且入水汆煮后易软熟,口感表现糯性好,符合本地的消费习惯。‘14031’品种可作为慈溪地区盛夏季节适宜种植的小青菜首选品种,生产上推广种植潜力较大。

Comparative test of five Chinese cabbage varieties with heat resistance were evaluated to analyze the yield,agronomic characters,resistance and quality and so on in Cixi area of Zhejiang province,in order to select Chinese cabbage suitable for summer cultivation.The results showed that‘14031’Chinese cabbage had the highest yield of 4896.7 kg.667m-2,reached significant difference with the control variety‘Xiafeng’(P<0.01),and increased by 20.83%than the yield of over the control variety‘Xiafeng’(CK).Its commodity,heat resistance and quality were better than CK,and its VC content of them was higher than CK.And it was easy to soften and cook,and had nice taste which was suitable for the consuming habits of local residents.New variety‘14031’could be the preferred one of Chinese cabbage to promote in summer in Cixi area.
