摘要 针对垃圾焚烧炉处理能力不足的问题,采用燃烧室、二烟道增加水冷壁,四烟道增设二级蒸发器的方法,对焚烧炉和余热锅炉进行扩容改造。此次垃圾电站改造,有效地降低炉温,提升焚烧炉的垃圾处理量、增加汽轮机组发电量、经济效益明显。垃圾焚烧量的提高,可有效缓解威海市城市垃圾超量带来的压力,对保护环境具有良好的社会效益。 Aiming at the problem of insufficient treatment capacity of waste incinerator,the capacity of incinerator and waste heat boiler was expanded by adding water wall in combustion chamber and second flue and adding secondary evaporator in fourth flue.The transformation of the waste power station effectively reduces the furnace temperature,improves the waste treatment capacity of the incinerator,increases the power generation capacity of the steam turbine unit,and has obvious economic benefits.The increase of the amount of waste incineration can effectively relieve the pressure brought by the excessive amount of urban waste in Weihai City,which has good social benefits for environmental protection.
