摘要
以华电国际莱城发电厂330 MW燃煤发电机组为研究对象,分析2台机组锅炉外传NOx排放值超标原因,找出可控因素,进行喷氨调阀控制逻辑改进、供氨管路堵塞处理、SCR温度场调整和锅炉燃烧配风方式优化。试验结果表明,该方法能够明显降低锅炉NOx外传分钟值波动,保障小时值稳定,在降低脱硝喷氨量、降低机组生产成本上成效良好。
Taking the 330 MW coal-fired generating unit of Huadian International Laicheng Power Plant as the research object,the reasons for the excessive NOx emission value of two boilers were analyzed.Find out the controllable factors,improve the control logic of ammonia injection control valve,deal with the blockage of ammonia supply pipeline,adjust SCR temperature field and optimize the combustion air distribution mode of boiler.The test results show that this method can significantly reduce the minute value fluctuation of NOx emission,ensure the hourly value stability,and achieve good results in reducing the amount of ammonia injection for denitration and reducing the production cost of the unit.
