宁夏奶业发展风险及应对策略

Development Risks and Countermeasures of Dairy Industry in Ningxia

乡村振兴的关键是产业振兴,产业兴旺是产业振兴的根本之路,也是巩固脱贫成果的根本之策。位于世界公认“黄金奶源带”的宁夏回族自治区(简称“宁夏”),近年来,奶业发展迅猛,是宁夏优势特色产业,也是优化调整农业结构的重点产业。近年来,宁夏奶业保持了持续、健康、快速发展的良好势头,已成为全国奶业优势产区和优质高端乳制品生产原料的重要基地。但在强劲的发展势头下,宁夏奶业仍存在着资源、污染、疫病、市场竞争、原料奶收购及人才等多方面的风险。本文在风险分析的基础上提出了相应的对策建议。

Located in the world's recognized"golden milk source belt",Ningxia dairy region has developed rapidly in recent years.However,under the strong development momentum,there are still many risks in Ningxia dairy industry,such as resource risk,pollution risk,epidemic risk,market competition risk,raw milk purchase risk,talent risk and so on.On the basis of risk analysis,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
