摘要
开发了一款适用于国六RDE排放法规的水冷排气歧管,并通过热气台架、发动机台架测试验证了水冷排气歧管的冷却性能及其对发动机性能的贡献。水冷排气歧管可以替代传统燃油加浓措施,降低发动机整个工况排气温度,扩大发动机在过量空气系数边界下的运行区域,提升发动机不加浓工况功率。
Awater-cooled exhaust manifold is developed forChina6 RDE emission,the water-cooled exhaust manifold’s cooling performance and its contribution to engine performance is verified through the hot gas bench test and engine dyno test.The water-cooled exhaust manifold can replace the traditional method of fuel enrichment to reduce the exhaust temperature in whole engine running condition,enlarge the engine running area under the condition ofexcess air factor,enhance the engine power without fuel enrichment.
