摘要 随着煤矿智能化、自动化、信息化、机械化的快速发展,供电系统的安全可靠运行成为煤炭行业发展必不可少的环节,电力电缆作为传输电能的重要工具,其安全可靠性成为供电系统的制约因素。煤矿用电力电缆中当属矿用交联聚乙烯电力电缆的应用最为广泛。电缆投入运行后,受到电、热、机械、化学等综合因素的作用容易发生老化,这将严重影响电缆的使用效率。通过对HFCT传感器及参数进行探讨,从理论和实践上完善电缆在线诊断功能,使管理人员能够在上位机系统中对电缆绝缘老化状况进行评价、绝缘泄露点放电类型判定和定位,以便及时发现异常现象,防患于未然,保证供电系统的可靠运行。 With the rapid development of intelligence,automation,informatization and mechanization of coal mine,the safe and reliable operation of power supply system has become an indispensable link in the development of coal industry.As an important tool for power transmission,the safety and reliability of power cable is the basic requirement of power supply system.Among the power cables used in coal mine,the mine XLPE power cable is the most widely used.The cable in operation is prone to aging due to the effect of electricity,heat,machinery,chemistry and other comprehensive factors,which will seriously affect the efficiency of the cable.Through the discussion of HFCT sensor and its parameters,the online diagnosis function of cable is improved in theory and practice,so that the management personnel can evaluate the cable insulation aging status,determine and locate the discharge type of insulation dew point in the upper computer system,so as to find the abnormal phenomenon in time,take preventive measures,and ensure the reliable operation of power supply system.
