摘要
以文家坡煤矿4105工作面为研究对象,理论分析了4105工作面两次采动、煤柱宽度、底煤厚度、相邻采空区、采掘活动等影响因素,通过数值模拟对4105工作面“顶板-煤柱-底板”应力传递结构进行了分析,提出了以顶板爆破卸压、煤体卸压、底板爆破卸压为主的冲击地压防治方案,对比分析卸压措施应用后,4105工作面与4104工作面回采过程中同一位置的微震监测结果。该冲击地压防治技术降低了工作面回采期间的冲击危险性,矿压显现平稳,确保了工作面安全回采。研究成果能够有效地指导4105工作面的安全生产,同时也为临近矿井或同类型工作面防冲设计提供理论支撑和技术指导。
Taking the 4105 working face of Wenjiapo Coal Mine as the research object,the influence of twice mining,coal pillar width,bottom coal thickness,adjacent goaf and mining activities on mining is analyzed,the“roof-coal pillar-floor”stress transfer structure of the working face is numerically simulated,and the rock burst prevention scheme based on roof blasting pressure relief,coal body pressure relief and floor blasting pressure relief is put forward.After the application of pressure relief measures,the microseismic monitoring results at the same position of 4105 working face and 4104 working face were compared and analyzed.The results show that the rock burst prevention technology reduces the risk of rock burst during the working face mining,and the rock pressure behavior is stable,which ensures the safe mining of the working face.The research results can effectively guide the safety production of 4105 working face,and also provide theoretical support and technical guidance for the rock burst prevention design of adjacent mines or similar working faces.
