摘要
随着煤矿机械化、智能化水平的提高,大功率、大吨位设备的配置更加普遍,为保证矿井采煤工作面的正常接续,采煤工作面设备的回撤工作日趋重要,特别是对煤层自然发火严重矿井、严重冲击地压矿井尤为关键。通过对严重冲击地压矿井综采放顶煤工作面重型支架回撤工艺研究,成功实施了无预留回撤通道、高强度聚酯纤维网铺设假顶和多掩护架回撤技术,实现了工作面重型支架的安全、快速回撤。总结该技术的工艺流程、前期准备和安全防范措施,并系统分析其技术安全经济效益,为严重冲击地压矿井综放工作面重型支架回撤提供经验。
With the improvement of mechanization and intelligence level of coal mine,high-power and large tonnage equipment is more common.In order to ensure the normal connection of coal mining face,the withdrawal of coal mining face equipment is becoming more and more important,especially for the mine with serious spontaneous combustion and severe rock burst.Through the research on the heavy support withdrawal technology of fully mechanized caving face in the mine with severe rock burst,the withdrawal technology of no reserved withdrawal channel,high strength polyester fiber net roof paving and multiple shield support was proposed,and the safe and rapid withdrawal of heavy support in the working face was realized.This paper summarizes the technological process,preliminary preparation and safety precautions of the technology,and systematically analyzes its safety and economic benefits,which can provide reference for the withdrawal of heavy support in fully mechanized caving face of mine with severe rock burst.
