摘要
针对深井软岩巷道非线性大变形控制难题,以文家坡煤矿4105工作面回风巷为工程背景,通过井下调研、理论分析、数据监测分析相结合的方法得出了巷道变形的主要影响因素为埋藏深度大、围岩岩性松软、二次采动影响、支护方案不合理等。通过十字布点法对巷道的围岩变形进行量化监测,分析了巷道两帮及顶底板变形与位移特点。研究表明,在回采过程中,两帮收敛累计量1100 mm,顶板累计下沉量230 mm,两次累计起底量1175 mm,巷道围岩破坏以两帮收敛和底鼓为主。基于围岩变形破坏影响因素和监测分析结果,对巷道进行补强支护并取得了良好控制效果。
Aiming at the problem of nonlinear large deformation of deep soft rock roadway,taking the return air roadway of 4105 working face in Wenjiapo Coal Mine as the engineering background,the research shows that the main influencing factors of roadway deformation are the deep burial,soft rock lithology,secondary mining and unreasonable supporting scheme by using underground investigation,theoretical analysis and data monitoring analysis.The deformation of surrounding rock of roadway is quantitatively monitored by cross point method,and the deformation and displacement characteristics of two sides,roof and floor of roadway are analyzed.The research shows that in the process of mining,the cumulative amount of convergence of two sides is 1100 mm,the cumulative amount of roof subsidence is 230 mm,and the cumulative amount of floor heave is 1175 mm,which indicates that the surrounding rock failure of roadway is mainly caused by convergence of two sides and floor heave.Based on the influence factors of surrounding rock deformation and failure and the monitoring analysis results,the roadway is reinforced and the good control effect is achieved.
