摘要
针对矿井凝胶泡沫防灭火技术在应用过程中存在的粉体胶凝剂添加速率低的技术难题,以文丘里管为技术基础,设计并优化的射流添加装置,对添加装置的工作参数进行研究,得到其最佳工况范围为进气压力1.6~1.8 MPa,气体流量40~44 m^(3)/h,对应的负压为-0.16~-0.22 MPa;通过实测,30 min内,胶凝剂的添加量为61.7 kg,平均添加速率为2.06 kg/min,且添加过程稳定,解决了粉体胶凝剂添加的技术难题。
Aiming at the technical difficulties in the low rate of powder gelling agent addition in the application of mine gel foam fire extinguishing technology,the design and optimization of the jet adding device based on Venturi tube technology is carried out to study the working parameters of the adding device.The results show that the optimum operating conditions are inlet pressure 1.6~1.8 MPa,gas flow 40~44 m^( 3)/h,and corresponding negative pressure-0.16~0.22 MPa.The experimental results show that the dosage of gelling agent is 61.7 kg in 30 min,the average adding rate is 2.06 kg/min,and the adding process is stable,which solves the technical problem of powder gelling agent adding.
