摘要
建设机械制冷系统是矿井治理热害的关键措施。矿井机械制冷系统一般分为地面集中式、井下集中式(包括区域集中式)和井下局部式(包括固定式和移动式)3类。各类型的制冷系统具有各自的特点,适用于不同的条件。通过对不同类型制冷系统在彬长矿区实际应用效果的调研分析,总结了机械制冷系统选型应考虑的因素与适用条件。系统选型应结合矿井热害严重程度、热源特点、冷量需求、排热冷却方式、介质与传冷方式、设备类型以及经济性等因素,综合考虑选择最佳方案,以满足热害矿井对制冷效果、设备运行管理及建设运行成本等方面的需求。
The construction of mechanical refrigeration system is the key measure to control the heat damage in coal mine.Mine mechanical refrigeration system is generally divided into three types,namely the ground centralized,underground centralized(including regional centralized)and underground local(including fixed and mobile).Each type of refrigeration system has its own characteristics and is suitable for different conditions.Through the investigation and analysis of the practical application effect of different types of refrigeration system in Binchang mining area,the factors and applicable conditions that should be considered in the selection of mechanical refrigeration system are summarized.The selection of refrigeration system should comprehensively consider the severity of mine heat damage,characteristics of heat source,cooling demand,cooling mode,medium and cooling mode,equipment type and economy,and select the best scheme to meet the requirements of heat damage mine on refrigeration effect,equipment operation management and construction operation cost.
