浅谈煤矿刮板机链轮体再制造工艺

Discussion on remanufacturing technology of sprocket body of mine scraper conveyor

刮板输送机是煤炭生产企业综采工作面的主要运输设备,而链轮则是刮板输送机的重要驱动部件,但是链轮属于易损品,在煤矿井下使用过程中链轮组件容易受链条交变应力的影响,导致链轮体链窝特别容易磨损,形成断链、飘链和跳链等故障,因此要求链轮在维修后要具有较好的强度和耐磨性。针对链轮体的再制造维修过程,浅谈如何保障链轮维修强度和耐磨性。通过对链轮体母材成分分析,选用合适的焊材、刀具、工艺,从而修复出合格的链轮体,提高链轮的使用寿命。

The scraper conveyor is the main transportation equipment for the fully mechanized mining face of coal production enterprises,and the sprocket is an important driving component of the scraper conveyor.Because the sprocket is a vulnerable product,the sprocket assembly is easily affected by the chain alternating stress in the process of using in the coal mine,which leads to the chain socket of the sprocket body is particularly easy to wear,resulting in broken chain,floating chain and chain jumping and other faults.Therefore,the sprocket should have better strength and wear resistance after maintenance.Aiming at the remanufacturing and maintenance process of sprocket body,this paper discusses how to ensure the maintenance strength and wear resistance of sprocket body.By analyzing the composition of base metal of sprocket body,and selecting suitable welding material,cutting tool and technology,the qualified sprocket body can be repaired and the service life of sprocket can be improved.
