摘要
焊接机器人是从事焊接作业的工业机器人,是工业生产中重要的自动化设备。作为近代焊接技术的一项重要发展,它不仅可以提高焊接生产效率和焊接质量,而且还大大改善了生产条件。焊接机器人工作站通过智能化功能的拟人手臂、手腕和手,实现工件的点焊及弧焊全过程。根据实际生产需要和实例分析,介绍了焊接机器人在制造钢构件中应用的工艺要求、程序编程和工作流程,结果表明焊接机器人重复精度高、焊接效率是手工二保焊的2.25倍。
Welding robot is an industrial robot engaged in welding operation,which is an important automatic equipment in industrial production.As an important development of modern welding technology,it can not only improve the welding production efficiency and welding quality,but also greatly improve the production conditions.The welding robot workstation realizes the whole process of spot welding and arc welding through the humanoid arm,wrist and hand with intelligent function.According to the actual production needs and case analysis,the process requirements,program programming and work flow of welding robot in manufacturing steel members are introduced.The application results show that the welding robot has high repetition accuracy and the welding efficiency is 2.25 times higher than manual arc welding.
