矿区煤炭专用线在长期的使用过程中出现了线路道床板结、污染、翻浆冒泥严重等现象,线路状况已对行车安全造成了影响,必须进行线路清筛大修来彻底解决问题。从人工清筛的作用、施工流程、施工方法、施工过程中的安全管理要求等方面的介绍,完善和提高施工组织水平,确保清筛大修后的线路几何尺寸达到设计要求,恢复道床的弹性,使道床的排水系统畅通,保证了线路行车安全。

Due to the coal railway special line in Binchang mining area has been used for many years,the track bed is hardened,the mud boiling is serious,and the line condition has brought a great impact on the traffic safety,so it is necessary to carry out the line cleaning and overhaul.By making the construction process,construction method and safety management requirements during the construction process,the construction organization level is improved,the geometric dimension of the line after the overhaul and cleaning meets the design requirements,the elasticity of the ballast bed is restored,the drainage system of the ballast bed is unblocked and the safety of the line is ensured.
