矸石资源化利用充填废旧巷道施工方案

摘要 煤矿矸石的排放不仅占用大面积的土地,而且其不断地堆积对周围生态环境造成严重的污染。针对这种情况,以孟村煤矿中央带式输送机大巷为背景,通过对黄土和煤矸石对比分析发现,利用煤矸石具有节约资金,降低副井提升压力等优点,故决定利用井底水仓施工产生的矸石对中央带式输送机大巷废旧段进行充填,采用注浆的方法以确保矸石之间以及与巷道顶部接触密实,介绍了这种填充施工方案。 The discharge of coal gangue not only occupies a large area of land,but also causes serious pollution to the surrounding ecological environment.In view of this situation,taking the central belt conveyor roadway of Mengcun Coal Mine as the background,through the comparative analysis of loess and coal gangue,it is found that the use of coal gangue has the advantages of saving money and reducing the lifting pressure of auxiliary shaft,so it is decided to use the gangue produced by the construction of bottom water warehouse to fill the waste section of central belt conveyor roadway.At the same time,the grouting method is adopted to ensure the contact between the gangue and the top of the roadway is dense,and the filling construction scheme is introduced.
