彬长矿区变频技术应用现状分析及建议 被引量:1

摘要 随着煤矿工业自动化程度的不断提高,变频技术作为电机控制的重要技术手段得到了极其广泛的应用。变频技术通过调节频率控制输出电压,不但实现了工频条件下机械设备的平缓调节,还在一定程度上降低了大功率设备硬启动对电网产生的冲击;不但能够实现高压电气设备的平稳制动和运行,还能够确保电机运行在最佳工况提升控制精度。然而,煤矿井下恶劣的工作条件,严重影响了变频器的使用寿命及工作效率。因此,探讨恶劣环境下的变频技术现状分析,提出合理地使用及维护建议则尤为重要。因此,从变频器在彬长矿区大型机电设备中的应用情况出发,分析变频技术应用的优势及劣势,为进一步提升变频技术应用效率提出使用、选型及维护建议。 With the continuous improvement of coal mine industrial automation,frequency conversion technology as an important technical means of motor control has been extremely widely used.By adjusting the frequency to control the output voltage,the frequency conversion technology not only realizes the smooth adjustment of mechanical equipment under the power frequency condition,but also reduces the impact of hard start of high-power equipment on the power grid to a certain extent.The application of frequency converter can not only realize the smooth braking and operation of high-voltage electrical equipment,but also ensure that the motor runs in the best working condition and improve the control accuracy.However,the bad working conditions in the coal mine seriously affect the service life and efficiency of the frequency converter.Through the analysis of the current situation of frequency conversion technology in harsh environment,it is particularly important to put forward reasonable use and maintenance suggestions.Based on the application of frequency converter in large mechanical and electrical equipment in Binchang mining area,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of frequency conversion technology application,and puts forward suggestions on use,selection and maintenance for further improving the application efficiency of frequency conversion technology.
