彬长矿区供电安全与提升供电保障能力的对策

随着矿山的开发,矿井安全问题越来越受到重视,而供电安全在矿井安全中占据着重要位置。目前彬长矿区矿井供电存在诸如人员年轻化,业务能力参差不齐;设备老旧,智能化严重不足的问题。目前矿区拥有八站一所,仅有一座变电站属于智能化变电站;供电规划缺乏统筹安排,上级电源单一。对此,从供配电设施改造,人员业务素质提高,安全技能培训,完善管理制度等方面加大力度,从而提高供电保障能力,提升矿井供电安全管理水平。

With the development of the mine,more and more attention has been paid to the safety of the mine.However,power supply safety plays an important role in the mine safety.At present,there are some problems in the mine power supply system of Binchang mining area,such as young personnel,uneven professional ability,old equipment and serious lack of intelligence.At present,Binchang mining area has eight substations,only one of which belongs to intelligent substation,and the power supply planning is lack of overall arrangement,and the upper level power supply is relatively single.In this regard,through the adoption of power supply and distribution facilities transformation,personnel professional quality improvement,safety skills training,management system improvement and other measures,the mine power supply guarantee ability and power supply safety management level are improved.
