摘要 地震烈度图是政府部门宏观掌握灾区情势的重要情报,可以为地震应急救援、震后损失评估、恢复重建等工作提供科学依据。针对现有地震烈度图图件制作不规范、图面整饰因人而异、制图效率低、缺少全时程动态修正及自动出图等问题,本文从地震烈度图基本特点出发,明确地震烈度专题图制作及产出需求,根据标准规范要求研制地震烈度图模板,利用ArcGIS Engine组件式开发技术研发了地震烈度图动态制图系统,实现全时程地震烈度图标准化、自动化出图,从而大大提高了地震烈度图制图效率,为地震应急指挥和应急救援提供支持。 The seismic intensity map is an important information for the party committee and government of earthquake-stricken to grasp the situation of the disaster area.It can provide scientific basis for earthquake emergency rescue,post-earthquake loss assessment,restoration and reconstruction and so on.Existing seismic intensity maps have problems,such as non-standard production,different decoration of map surface,low efficiency of mapping,the lack of full time dynamic correction and automatic map generation.Starting from the basic characteristics of the seismic intensity map,we can clarify the production and output requirements of seismic intensity.On this basis,the seismic intensity map template is developed in accordance with the requirements of standard specifications,and a set of seismic intensity map dynamic mapping system is developed using ArcEngine component-based development technology,which realizes the standardization and automatic production of seismic intensity maps in the whole time.Thus,the efficiency of seismic intensity mapping is greatly improved,and provides support for earthquake emergency command and rescue.
