优化并构建合理的造价反馈体系是实现造价管理精准化管控的主要目标。以江苏省某500kV新建变电站工程为例,通过分析该工程的造价咨询服务主要环节的价值,构建新型造价反馈体系,解决造价咨询工作中沟通反馈问题,进而实现对工程造价的精准管控,提高工程建设的投资效益。

Optimize and build a reasonable cost feedback system become the main goal to achieve the precision control of cost management.This article takes a 500kV newly built substation project in Jiangsu Province as an example.By analyzing the value of the main links of the cost consulting service of the project,a new cost feedback system is constructed to solve the problem of communication and feedback in the cost consulting work.Through this cost feedback system,we can achieve precise control of project cost and improve the investment efficiency of project construction.
