摘要
以某高校的具体实践为基础,对工程项目建设成本控制进行了研究,分析了项目全过程各阶段进行成本控制采取的措施,阐述了加强全寿命周期管理对于控制建设成本的重要性。
Based on the practice of a university on cost control of engineering project,analyzes the cost control measures taken in the whole process of the project at each stage,and expounds the importance of strengthening the life cycle management for the control of construction cost.
