Analyzes the problems of the choice of contract type in the project that adopts the model of valuation with bill of quantities,and measures fee dispute in contract price adjustment,discusses the possibility of further optimize the measure item list and refining valuation measurement rules,in order to improve the rationality and rigor of the measure fee adjustment clause in the contract,promote the reasonable sharing of the contract risk,achieve the purpose of settling disputes.
