摘要
在企业“走出去”的过程中,充分利用国际分包资源并做好分包管理是一个重要的课题。结合东欧某高速公路项目的实施案例,对分包合同转让相关问题进行分析和研究,总结了分包合同转让过程中可能出现的问题和解决办法。并根据该案例的实践经验,提出在国际项目分包管理的注意事项,为承包商更好使用分包资源来顺利实现合同目标提供借鉴和参考。
How to make full use of international subcontracting resources and obtain successful management of subcontracting are essential parts for the companies involving in international engineering contracting.Based on the experience of expressway construction project in Eastern Europe,this paper analyzes and studies the related issue of subcontract assignment,summarizes the potential problems that may be encountered in the process of subcontract assignment with available solutions.Moreover,based on the case study,proposes the precautions for subcontract management during the project implementation,which could be used as the reference for international engineering contractors to successfully realize their project targets.
