通过后评价可以对项目全过程进行经验总结,为后续项目技术和管理水平的提升提供参考。通过研究常用后评价指标体系的构建方法,结合核电项目的特点以及实践经验,构建适合核电项目的、可操作的后评价指标体系,为核电领域后评价工作提供参考。

The post-evaluation can effectively summarize the experience of the whole process,and provide reference for the improvement of the technology and management level of subsequent projects.By studying the construction methods of the post-evaluation index system of other energy fields and combining the characteristics and practical experience of nuclear power engineering projects,this paper establishes an operable post-evaluation index system suitable for nuclear power projects,which provides reference for post-evaluation of nuclear power field.
