摘要
以人员、材料及设备、环境与管理等四个方面为视角,系统识别并筛选出17个影响因素;采用系统动力学法分析建筑施工进度风险因素的耦合关系,运用Monte Carlo模拟风险因素对各工序的影响,并建立多因素耦合评价N-K模型和计算耦合风险因子T;结合约束理论构建多因素耦合-CCM模型,系统分析多种风险因素耦合作用与资源有限约束条件对建筑施工进度的综合影响并进行进度优化。
From the perspectives of personnel,materials and equipment,management and environment,this paper identifies and selects 17 influencing factors systematically,uses the system dynamics method to analyze the coupling relationship between the risk factors of the construction progress,and uses Monte Carlo to simulate the impact of risk factors on each,establishes the multi-factor coupling evaluation N-K model and the calculation of coupling risk factors.Combined with the theory of constraints,constructs the multi-factor coupling-CCM model to systematically analyze the combined effects of the coupling effects of multiple risk factors and resource-limited constraints on the construction progress.
