护士老年健康评估能力评价工具的编制

Development of assessment tool for nurses ' elderly health assessment ability

目的:编制护士老年健康评估能力评价工具。方法:以知信行理论为基础,通过文献回顾与半结构化访谈形成初始量表,采用德尔菲法对10名专家进行函询。结果:共进行了2轮专家咨询。2轮咨询的专家积极系数分别为83%和100%,专家权威系数分别为0.90与0.88,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.27和0.39(均P<0.01)。最终确立护士老年健康评估能力评价工具包括知识、信念、行为3个维度,共35个条目。结论:构建的护士老年健康评估能力评价工具可靠性较高,可作为评估护士老年健康评估能力和相关培训效果的工具。

Objective:To develop the assessment tool for nurses'elderly health assessment ability.Methods:Based on the theory of knowledge,attitude and practice,the initial scale was formed through literature review and semi-structured interviews.And the Delphi method was used to conduct expert letter inquiries among 10 experts.Results:Two rounds of expert consultations were conducted.The positive coefficients of experts in the two rounds of consultations were 83%and 100%,respectively.The authority coefficients of experts in the two rounds of consultations were 0.90 and 0.88,respectively.The values of Kendall's W in the two rounds of consultations were 0.27 and 0.39,respectively(both P<0.01).Finally,the assessment tool for nurses'elderly health assessment ability included following 3 dimensions:knowledge,attitude and practice,involving 35 items.Conclusions:The developed assessment tool for nurses'elderly health assessment ability in this study had higher reliability,which could be used as a tool to evaluate nurses'elderly health assessment ability and related training effects.
