摘要
辅助性T细胞(Th细胞)17是一种新型的CD4^(+)T细胞亚群,与Th1和Th2细胞不同,其具有独立的分化和调节机制。Th17细胞分泌的白细胞介素-17、白细胞介素-6和肿瘤坏死因子-α等细胞因子可介导炎症和感染的发生,在机体促炎反应中具有重要作用。同时,Th17细胞还可特异性表达视黄酸相关孤儿受体γt(RORγt)等核转录因子,在免疫抑制中发挥重要作用。Th17细胞及其分泌的细胞因子与RORγt共同参与机体的炎症反应以及自身免疫性疾病(AID)的发生发展过程。随着对Th17细胞亚群研究的不断深入,拓展对AID发病机制的认识,可以为AID的精准治疗和有效预防提供依据。
Helper T cell(Th cell)17 are a new-type subgroup of CD4^(+)T cells that differs from Th1 and Th2 cell,which have independent differentiation and developmental regulation mechanisms.Th17 cell secrete cytokines such as interleukin-17,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α,which mediate inflammation and infection,playing a vital role in the body′s pro-inflammatory response.At the same time,Th17 cell can specifically express nuclear transcription factors such as retinoic acid-related orphan receptorγt(RORγt)and play an important role in immunosuppression.Th17 cell,and the secreted cytokines and RORγt are involved in the occurrence and development of inflammatory and autoimmune diseases(AID).With the deepening of the research on the subpopulation of Th17 cell,and the expanding of the understanding of the pathogenesis of AID,references for the precise treatment and effective prevention of AID can be provided.
