摘要
本文对某皮革企业目前的废水处理设施的运行情况、皮革废水的水质特点、设施的设计参数以及功能完整性进行了详细的调研与分析,在合理利用其原有设备设施的基础之上,对该皮革企业的生化系统、污泥脱水系统等实施改扩建工程。本次设计遵循技术合理、经济合算、运行可靠、管理简单的基本原则,采用含硫废水经除硫预处理再与其它废水综合处理的总体设计思路,综合废水的主体工艺采用两级AO工艺,出水水质满足《制革与毛皮加工工业水污染物排放标准》(GB30486-2013)相关规定要求,即COD≤100mg/L、氨氮≤15mg/L、总铬≤1.5mg/L。
This paper makes a detailed investigation and analysis on the operation situation,water quality characteristics,design parameters and functional integrity of the wastewater treatment facilities of a leather enterprise.Based on the reasonable use of the original equipment and facilities,the biochemical system and sludge dewatering system of the leather enterprise are reconstructed and expanded.In the secondary design,the basic principles of reasonable technology,economic efficiency,reliable operation and simple management are adopted,and the overall design idea of sulfur-containing wastewater after desulfurization pretreatment and comprehensive treatment with other wastewater is adopted.The main process of comprehensive wastewater adopts two-stage Ao process,and the effluent quality meets the discharge standard of water pollutants for leather and fur processing industry(GB)30486-2013 ,namely COD≤100 mg/L,ammonia nitrogen≤15 mg/L,total chromium≤1.5 mg/L.
