生活垃圾焚烧项目伴随着国内经济发展而大幅增加,因而对其社会稳定风险的识别、评估及预防显得尤为迫切。基于某地区生活垃圾焚烧PPP项目进行社会稳定风险分析,采用网上公示、现场勘查、现场公示、问卷调查等方式调查与识别风险因素;结合定性分析和定量分析估计项目存在的风险因素;通过对项目中风险因素分析,有针对性地提出防范和化解措施,最后提出相关建议。

Domestic waste incineration projects have increased significantly with the development of the domestic economy,so the identification,assessment and prevention of social stability risks are particularly urgent.Based on the domestic waste incineration PPP project in a certain area,conduct social stability risk analysis,use online publicity,on-site survey,on-site publicity,questionnaire survey and other methods to investigate and identify risk factors;combine qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to estimate the risk factors of the project;Analyze the risk factors,put forward specific prevention and mitigation measures,and finally put forward relevant suggestions.
