“无废城市”建设中生活垃圾处置实例探析

Analysis on the disposal of domestic waste in the construction of“no waste city”

建设"无废城市"的一项内容是科学利用垃圾资源,对生活垃圾进行无害处理,实现城市资源降损。长期以来,受地区社会、文化、习俗以及技术的影响,我国各城市对生活垃圾处置的认识以及处理方式差异明显,而且地区间的处理标准和处理效果也不同。本文以江苏省无锡市为例,分析了《"无废城市"建设指标体系(试行)》施行后,某市在构建生活垃圾处理体系上做出了巨大努力,通过分析无锡市生活垃圾处理方案,希望能够为其他城市建设"无废城市"提供参考。

One of the contents of building a“waste-free city”is to scientifically utilize garbage resources,to treat domestic garbage harmlessly,and to reduce the loss of urban resources.For a long time,due to the influence of regional society,culture,customs and technology,the understanding of domestic waste disposal and treatment methods in various cities in our country are obviously different,and the treatment standards and treatment effects between regions are also different.Taking Wuxi City in Jiangsu Province as an example,this article analyzes the construcfion of“domesf ic waste treat ment in a icty”.after the implementation of the“No-Waste City”Construction Index System(Trial),a certain city has made great efforts to build a domestic waste treatment system by analyzing the domestic waste treatment plan in Wuxi City,I hope to provide a reference for other cities to build“waste-free cities”.
