Thoughts on the urban operation service guarantee of zero carbon construction in the process of urban renewal

"碳达峰"目标和"碳中和"背景下,建筑节能零碳排放成为大势所趋。零碳建筑要发挥其碳减排效益,除先进的设计和施工技术外,更依赖于使用阶段科学的运营管理,本文在分析零碳建筑运营服务需求的基础上,对城市更新过程中提升零碳建筑运营管理的城市运营服务保障提出了具体建议。

Under the background of“carbon peak”goal and“carbon neutral”,building energy saving has become the general trend with zero carbon emissions.Zero carbon construction should give full play to its carbon emission reduction benefits,in addition to advanced design and construction technology,but also more dependent on the scientific operation and management in the use stage.On the basis of analyzing the needs of zero carbon construction operation services,this paper puts forward specific suggestions for the improvement of urban operation service guarantee for zero carbon construction operation in urban renewal.
