摘要 针对概念设计阶段涡扇发动机开展反推力装置设计的需要,对加装反推力装置对总体性能的综合影响开展了初步分析。选取大涵道比发动机CFM56为对象建立基准发动机模型,借助克兰菲尔德大学总体性能仿真软件Turbomatch,分析了其对发动机压缩部件、涡轮及排气系统的性能影响,提出采用流动面积和流动损失作为反推力装置的设计要求。在正、反推力状态下对发动机推力进行评估,结果表明:理想状态下发动机提供的反推力可达最大起飞推力的50%以上。为了获得涡扇发动机配装反推力装置的不利影响,建立包括反推力装置在内的推进系统质量评估模型和价格预测模型,利用该模型对质量及成本进行了预测,结果表明:特定条件下反推力装置的使用会导致推进系统的质量增加12%,价格增长13%。 In order to meet the dessign requirements of thrust reverser for turbofan engine in conceptual design stage,the comprehensive influence of retrofitting thrust reverser on overall performance was analyzed.The high bypass ratio CFM56 engine was selected as the object to establish the baseline engine model.With the overall performance simulation software Turbowatch of Cranfield University,the performance influence on compression components,turbine and exhaust system of the engine was analyzed.The flow area and flow loss were proposed as the design requirements of thrust reverser.The engine thrust was estimated in both forward and reverse conditions.The results show that the reverse thrust provided by the engine can reach more than 50%of the maximum take-off thrust under ideal condition.In order to obtain the adverse influence of turbofan engine with thrust reverser,the weight evaluation model and cost prediction model of propulsion system including thrust reverser were established.The model was used to predict the weight and cost.The results show that the weight and cost of the propulsion system were increased by 12%and 13%separately with the use of thrust reverser under certain conditions.
