优选成核剂提升汽车料性能

摘要 基于改善汽车用聚丙烯专用料的刚韧平衡性,通过与原成核剂、通用成核剂B的冲击、弯曲模量、收缩率的对比,筛选出新型成核剂A并讨论了不同添加量的性能,为工业化应用提供了指导。最后通过使用优选后的成核剂,燕山石化开发出高刚性汽车专用料K6760,其刚性指标与普通汽车料相比,有较明显的改善,与进口产品达到同等水平。 Based on improving the rigid and tough balance of special polypropylene materials for automobiles,a new nucleating agent A was selected by comparing the impact,flexural modulus,and shrinkage rate with the original nucleating agent and general nucleating agent B.And the experiment discussed the properties of different dosage,which provided guidance for industrial application.Finally,by using the selected nucleating agent,Sinopec Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical has developed a high-rigidity automobile material K6760.Compared with ordinary automobile materials,its rigidity has been significantly improved,reaching the same level as imported products.
