智能内模PID优化系统在催化汽油加氢脱硫的应用 被引量:1

摘要 某炼厂催化汽油加氢脱硫装置反应器R101、R103入口温控和F102出口温控回路一直存在波动大且频繁的问题。反应温度是装置的核心参数,如果无法控制平稳则有可能造成反应器床层温度超温联锁,进而导致装置停工,甚至使催化剂烧结丧失活性,造成生产事故。针对上述问题,通过运用智能内模比例积分微分(PID)优化系统在线采集数据并进行仿真测试运算得出最优PID参数,彻底改善了控制效果,解决了控制波动的问题。 The inlet temperature control loops of R101,r103 and outlet temperature control loops of f102 in catalytic gasoline Hydrodesulfurization Unit of a refinery have been fluctuating frequently.The reaction temperature is the core parameter of the unit.If it can not be controlled smoothly,it may cause the reactor bed temperature over temperature interlock,and then lead to the shutdown of the unit,or even the loss of catalyst sintering activity,resulting in production accidents.In view of the above problems,through the use of intelligent internal model PID optimization system online data collection and simulation test operation,the optimal PID parameters are obtained,which thoroughly improves the control effect and solves the problem of control fluctuation.
