芳烃装置吸附塔装剂的工艺研究

Study on the process of adsorption tower loading agent for aromatics unit

本文介绍吸附塔由12个吸附剂床层构成,单塔外形尺寸为φ7200x16200mm,由上下封头、筒体、中心管、裙座、塔内格栅组件等五大部分组成[1-5]。塔内有12个吸附剂床层、13层格栅和对应分配管,顶部和底部格栅采用全密封焊密闭,塔顶人孔作为塔内格栅组件安装的进出通道[6-7]。

This paper introduces that the adsorption tower is composed of 12 adsorbent beds.The overall dimension of a single tower isφ7200x16200mm,which is composed of upper and lower heads,cylinder,central tube,skirt and grid components in the tower.There are 12 adsorbent beds,13 gratings and corresponding distribution pipes in the tower.The top and bottom gratings are sealed by full seal welding.The manhole on the top of the tower is used as the access for the installation of grid components in the tower.
