摘要
薄膜是特种作业人员防护服最主要的一种材料,在特种任务的应用中对薄膜的耐温性有很高的要求,与金属、陶瓷、玻璃等一些基础材料相比,薄膜的整体耐热性不高,在高温条件下使用往往受到限制。本文通过对目前市场上的薄膜进行性能对比分析,确定出适合多层热防护服使用的温度薄膜,并对市场需求情况进行分析,提出多层热防护服的研究展望。
Film is the most important material of protective clothing for special operation personnel.In the application of special tasks,film has high requirements on the temperature resistance of film.Compared with some basic materials of metal,ceramics and glass,the overall heat resistance of film is not high,and its use under high temperature conditions is often limited.In this paper,through the comparative analysis of the performance of the film on the market,the temperature film suitable for multi-layer thermal protective clothing is determined,and the market demand is analyzed,and the research prospect of multi-layer thermal protective clothing is put forward.
