摘要
通过对脱水离心机参数的不断调整研究,在降低滤液的浊度以及提高离心机处理量的试验上取得了较为满意的效果。实验表明,采用适当的运行参数可以降低滤液浊度,提高脱水污泥的日产量。本实验的对象为D7 LLC60CHP E2卧式螺旋沉降离心机,离心脱水前污泥含水率在97.4%左右,脱水后的污泥含水率≤80%。当扭矩控制在32~40 N·m之间,差速(转鼓与螺旋推料器的转速差)在4.5~5.2之间,PAM (聚丙烯酰胺)脱水药剂(浓度为4.0‰)加药量在2.0 m~3/h,污泥进泥量在50 m~3/h时,滤液浊度最低,脱水效果最佳,处理效率最高^([1])。
Through the continuous adjustment of the parameters of the dewatering centrifuge,the experiment of reducing the turbidity of the filtrate and increasing the capacity of the centrifuge has achieved satisfactory results.The results show that the turbidity of filtrate can be reduced and the daily output of dewatered sludge can be increased by adopting appropriate operation parameters.The experiment object is D7 LLC60CHP E2 horizontal spiral sedimentation centrifuge.The moisture content of sludge is about 97.4%before centrifugal dewatering,and the moisture content of sludge after dewatering is less than 80%.When the torque is controlled between 32~40 N·m,the speed difference(the speed difference between the drum and the screw pusher)is between 4.5~5.2,the dosage of PAM dehydrating agent(the concentration is 4.0‰)is 2.0 m³/h,and the sludge input is 50 m³/h,the turbidity of the filtrate is the lowest,the dehydration effect is the best,and the treatment efficiency is the highest.
