基于解析解模型浅析特征因子在场地边界处变化规律

摘要 水是生产和生活必需的资源、公共卫生的载体、自然生态的核心要素。随着中国经济的发展,地表水资源短缺和水污染加剧,对地下水进行掠夺式开发,超采及污染日趋严重。基于以上背景,原环境保护部于2011年2月11日发布《环境影响评价技术导则地下水环境》(HJ610-2011);为贯彻《中华人民共和国环境影响评价法》,落实"简政放权"具体措施,简化环评流程,规范、指导和推动环境影响评价工作,原环境保护部于2016年1月7日发布并实施了《环境影响评价技术导则地下水环境》(HJ610-2016),在该导则修订过程中,对于水质迁移一维、二维解析解模型保留,并增加对预测期内场地边界或地下水环境保护目标处特征因子随时间的变化规律预测内容。本文主要结合实际工作经验的基础上,阐述基于地下水解析解模型分析特征因子在场地边界处随时间的变化规律及预测方法,旨在为今后相关工作提供借鉴。 Water is a necessary resource for production and life,a carrier of public health,and a core element of natural ecology.With the development of China’s economy,the shortage of surface water resources and water pollution have intensified.The predatory development of groundwater has caused overexploitation and pollution to become increasingly serious.Based on the above background,the former Ministry of Environmental Protection issued the“Environmental Impact Assessment Technical Guidelines for Groundwater Environment”(HJ610-2011)on February 11,2011;in order to implement the“Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People’s Republic of China”,the implementation of“simplification of administration and delegation of powers”specific measures to simplify the environmental assessment process,standardize,guide and promote environmental impact assessment work.The former Ministry of Environmental Protection issued and implemented the“Technical Guidelines for Environmental Impact Assessment Groundwater Environment”(HJ610-2016)on January 7,2016.During the revision process,the one-dimensional and two-dimensional analytical solution models for water quality migration are retained,and the prediction content of the change rule of the characteristic factors at the site boundary or groundwater environmental protection target over time during the prediction period is added.Based on actual work experience,this paper elaborates on the variation law and prediction method of characteristic factors at the site boundary based on groundwater analytical solution model analysis of characteristic factors,and aims to provide reference for future related work.
