文化是与主体、主体的社会活动相互作用的系统。法治文化建设是文化变迁的过程,主体是其中的关键性因素。多元主体的良性互动对法治文化具有生成意义。当代中国的法治文化建设中,普法活动和民主参与构成了建设的双向互动机制,并围绕法院逐渐形成互动的中心。未来提升多元主体的互动,应注重理顺主体互动的建设机制,理性定位政党、政府、法院、企业、社会组织、法学家和公民等主体的角色;在普法、立法和司法中强化多元主体的良性互动。

Culture is a system that interacts with subject and subject's social activities.The construction of rule of law culture is a process of cultural change,in which the subject is the key factor.The positive interaction of multiple subjects is of generative significance to the culture of rule of law.In the construction of rule of law culture in contemporary China,legal popularization and democratic participation constitute a twoway interactive mechanism,and gradually form an interactive center around the court.In order to promote the interaction of multiple subjects in the future,we should pay attention to straightening out the construction mechanism of subject interaction,rationally positioning the roles of political parties,governments,courts,enterprises,social organizations,jurists,and citizens,and strengthening the benign interaction of multiple subjects in law popularization,legislation,and justice.
