进气压力与温度对加氢站隔膜压缩机性能的影响分析 被引量:4

摘要 本文采用对氢气隔膜压缩机的热力学性能理论分析的办法,研究了加氢站隔膜压缩机在不同进气压力和进气温度下功耗情况。结果表明:在吸气压力较低时,压缩机排气温度受压缩机进气温度影响较大,吸气压力为5 MPa时温差最大,可以达到91.52℃;进口压力越低,压缩每千克氢气功耗增加的速率越大,速率最大值为0.00344kW/℃;不同进口压力使压缩机对不同进口温度的敏感度不同,进口压力较大时,对温度的敏感度较高;在进口温度变化时,每千克总功耗变化幅度较大;最大变化幅度为0.10 kW/kg。 In this paper,the method of theoretical analysis of thermodynamic performance of hydrogen diaphragm compressor is used to study the power consumption of the hydrogen refueling station diaphragm compressor under different inlet pressures and inlet temperatures.The research results show that,the exhaust temperature of the compressor is greatly affected by the inlet temperature of the compressor;when the suction pressure is low,the effect of temperature difference by intake temperature is large;the maximum temperature difference can reach 91.52℃when the suction pressure is 5 MPa;the lower the inlet pressure is,the higher the rate of power consumption per kilogram of compressed hydrogen is;the maximum rate can reach 0.00344 kW/℃;different inlet pressure will cause different sensitivity to inlet temperature;when the inlet pressure is larger,the temperature sensitivity is higher,and the changing range of total power consumption per kilogram is larger when the inlet temperature changes;the maximum variation range can reach 0.10 kW/kg.
