摘要 本文采用实验和模拟分析相结合的方法,研究了汽车空调噪声超标和声品质差的原因,分析和优化了风道内部的流场。实验结果表明,问题的根源主要为风道,主要频率为190 Hz;模拟分析结果表明,中间出风道风速高且出风紊乱,为问题源;通过优化,内部风速降低14.5%,总压损降低9.9%,内部最大湍动能降低9.2%。在车内最大风量提高2.5%的条件下,实验验证优化后的风道得到声压级降低了3.8 dB(A),轰鸣声频段降低9 dB(A),声品质得到显著提升。 The method based on the combination of experiment and simulation analysis is used to study the over-standard noise and sound quality problems of the automotive air conditioner,and the flow field inside the air duct is analyzed and optimized in this paper.Test result shows that the source of the problem is mainly the air duct,and the main frequency is 190 Hz.The simulation result shows that the wind speed in the middle air outlet is high and the wind is turbulent,which is the source of the problem.Through optimization,the internal wind speed is reduced by 14.5%,and the total pressure loss is reduced by 9.9%,the maximum internal turbulent kinetic energy is reduced by 9.2%.By testing and verifying the optimized sample duct,under the condition that the maximum air volume in the car is increased by 2.5%,the sound pressure level of the optimized air duct is reduced by 3.8 dB(A),and the roar frequency band is reduced by 9 dB(A),therefore,the sound quality has been significantly improved.
